Anxiety & Depression

Often addictions stem from trying to cope with anxiety and depression. If you are dealing with these, there is hope and help available. We all have those dark chapters in our life... let's work together to begin writing a new chapter.

Meet Erin

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW

There is power in understanding who you are as the hero in your own life—how your history shaped you, what your values are, and whether your actions are in alignment with them. Let’s work together to close this chapter and move forward courageously.

I have over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life’s transitions, finding acceptance and peace with the past, and moving forward still finding purpose and happiness.

I will bring the calm to the storm, my experience with mapping the resolution of your challenges, and my guidance to creating a hopeful life story, chapter by chapter. If I’m not the perfect person for you, I will help you find them.

"We are all in this together and there is no therapist and no person immune to the tragedies of existence."

Irvin D. Yalom

EMDR Therapy

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is a form of therapy that helps people heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. EMDR has been extensively researched and has demonstrated effectiveness for trauma.

ACT Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is focused on who you are being aligned with your core values. By taking steps to change behavior while, at the same time, learning to accept psychological experiences, clients can eventually change their attitude and emotional state.
